Members of the Carbon County Ancient Order of Hibernians assembled Thanksgiving baskets for needy families in Carbon County Saturday morning.

The 12 baskets were delivered to all of the Catholic churches in Carbon County.Churches in turn distribute them to a needy family in their parish.In past years the club distributed 10 baskets, but a donation from Dennis Gallagher allowed the club to purchase the contents for two extra baskets this year.The organization also puts together baskets for Easter and gives out gift cards at Christmas time.
