HarassmentSharon Frohnheiser, 56, of 256 Avenue A, Palmerton, was cited for harassment. The violation occurred on Nov. 12 at 8 p.m. at the above address.Disorderly conductA citation was issued to Larry Allen Jr, 42, of 4033 W Grant St., Apt. 3, Slatington, for expired registration. The violation occurred on Nov. 9 at 7:26 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.DUICriminal charges were filed against Jaricel Tavarez, 21, of 313 Fox Run Circle, Egg Harbor Twp, N.J., for DUI and speeding. The incident occurred on Sept. 25 at 10:21 p.m. on Route 248 east.OtherPolice also issued two citations for traffic violations and three citations for vehicle violations.
