McAdoo Police cited a Reading man after a traffic stop on Oct. 30.

At 10:15 p.m., police stopped a vehicle traveling on South Kennedy Drive for having a nonworking headlight. The driver was identified as Arnold Felix-Castro, 22, whose driver's license was suspended. Officers saw a 3-year-old, sitting in the rear on a passenger's lap.A search of the vehicle found a small plastic bag containing suspected cocaine and a cut straw.Felix-Castro was cited for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary traffic offenses.
