St. John's United Church of Christ at 15 N. Second St. in Slatington is offering a free Thanksgiving dinner from noon to 2 p.m. on Nov. 27. All are welcome. No reservations are required but are appreciated.

Dinners will be delivered to "shut-ins" in the Northern Lehigh area, but calls for delivery must be received by Nov. 24.Call the church office at 610-767-5554 to ask questions, make a reservation or request a home delivery. The office is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
