The ski resort is expected to complete a full test of its advanced snowmakingsystem as temperatures begin settling into the low 20s at night, creating an ideal snowmaking environment at Blue Mountain.The ski resort has not yet set an opening date, but once the temperatures are consistently between 24-28 degrees, guns will be cranked at full capacity.Opening day will be announced on skibluemt.com, and Blue Mountain's social media channels to alert guests and season pass holders to gear up and hit the slopes.
