Elk Lighting wins U12 tournament The Elk Lighting Panthers won the U12 championship at the Carbon County Cup Soccer Tournament. The team is a member of the Panther Valley Youth Soccer Association. In the championship game of the Carbon County Cup Tournament, the Panthers trailed 1-0 before tying the game with :30 remaining and then winning it in penalty kicks.
