A student at the Schuylkill County Intermediate Unit 29 building in Norwegian Township is facing charges.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said an 11-year-old male from Tremont refused to follow directions from a teacher. He then proceeded to push the male teacher, causing him to fall to the ground.Troopers said assault charges will be filed with the county juvenile probation office.
