Whitehead scores on a 6-yard run and a pair of 7-yard runs and the Panther ground game finishes the contest with almost 300 yards. Gary Evans tosses two TD passes, hitting Terry Bonner with a 26-yard scoring strike and Dave Bales with a 32-yard tally. The winners, coached by Caz Kosciolek, also force four turnovers fumble recoveries by Jake Maurer, Mark Yanchura and Jim Totani, and an interception by Gene Lore.
