State police at Fern Ridge aren't naming the Lehighton residents who stole from the elderly Penn Forest Township woman they were living with.

State police on Saturday released a report saying that a 42-year old woman and a 51-year-old man, both of Lehighton, lived with the 74-year-old woman, of Albrightsville, until she became ill and had to go into a nursing home.Then, Trooper Christopher J. Bohenek reported, between May 29 and Sept. 6, the couple used the elderly woman's credit card and stole items from her home. Both have since moved out of the home.
