HarassmentDonald Fritz Jr, 42, of 1450 Laurel Lane, Palmerton, was cited for harassment. The violation occurred on Oct. 17 at 9:35 a.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.Citations for harassment were filed against Shakia Pasley, 28, and Jeffrey Mickens, 25, both of 901 Princeton Ave. Apt. 204, Palmerton. The violations occurred on Oct. 20 at 3:20 a.m. in the 800 block of Princeton Avenue.David Washburn Jr., 24, of 607 Lafayette Ave. Palmerton, was cited for harassment. The violation occurred on Oct. 23 at 9:44 p.m. in the 600 block of Lafayette Avenue.Disorderly conductTracey Hontz, 44, of 430 Franklin Ave. Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Oct. 19 at 11:22 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Avenue.Other citationsPalmerton Police Department also issued 12 citations for speeding, three for traffic violations, and two for vehicle violations.
