A Kunkletown teen was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he fled the scene of a domestic dispute Sunday, according to state police at Lehighton.

Police responded to the dispute in the 1200-block of Wood View Road in Eldred Township around 10 p.m.Nicholas James Frable, 18, fled the scene in a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta, which crashed into a tree on Fiddletown Road, police said.Frable then fled on foot until he was located near his residence.Frable took a breath test at the state police barracks and was transported to Palmerton Hospital for further evaluation.According to Trooper Shaun Flynn, charges will be filed in the case.
