A Carbon County driver was cited for driving under the influence in Luzerne County.

State police at Hazleton said Rocco James Sabia, 44, of Weatherly, was stopped along Broad Street in Hazleton at 2:20 a.m. on Oct. 3. Sabia was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was charged with DUI, drug charges and motor vehicle code violations.
