William Manness, 33, of Tamaqua, was picked up by Tamaqua police on Oct. 23 after causing a disturbance at 326 W. Rowe St.

Officers were dispatched to the home at 5 p.m. and found Manness outside, reportedly threatening another man.Officers learned of an outstanding warrant for Manness' arrest, issued by the adult probation office and placed him under arrest. He wasn't very cooperative, but was handcuffed and placed in the police cruiser.He was then transported to the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville.
