A Monroe County driver was injured in a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 2:55 p.m. on Oct. 20.

State police at Fern Ridge said Sandy Pesapane, 67, of Gilbert, was driving a 2008 Ford F150 truck northbound on Rodenbach Lane in Chestnuthill Township when she lost control after getting distracted while looking at a tree on the side of the road. The Ford traveled off the right side, and the front end hit a tree.Pesapane sustained a minor injury and was taken to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, by West End ambulance.
