The Lehigh Valley Heat fastpitch softball team defeated the Black Widows in a tie-breaker inning to capture the championship of the "Glow in the Park" Tournament in Quakertown over the weekend of October 25-26. The team finished 6-1 on the weekend, going undefeated on Sunday. Joclyn Hunsicker of Lehighton and Bailey Pedersen of Tamaqua both played key roles for the Heat during the tournament.
