A Tamaqua driver was involved in a head-on crash in Lehigh County at 3:02 p.m. Oct. 15.

State police at Fogelsville said Erica Elyse Orach, 24, was northbound on Route 309 in Lynn Township, just south of Decatur Street, when she crossed the double yellow line and struck a vehicle driven by Alex Michael Lewis, 33, of Kempton, Berks County.Both drivers were injured and taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, for treatment. Both vehicle were towed from the scene.Troopers said charges are pending against Orach.
