A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident at a Brodheadsville restaurant.

State police at Fern Ridge said the incident occurred at Spinelli's Restaurant in Chestnuthill Township.Shortly after 8 p.m. on Oct. 10 Charles Zebley IV, 53, of Kunkletown, confronted the owner, Sherry Spinelli, 46, of Brodheadsville, and pushed her back on two occasions.Troopers said Zebley was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.
