Ridge St., Lansford.Through the course of speaking with the two, Wuttke asked if any drugs were in the vehicle. O'Donnell consented to a search. Both exited the vehicle. While checking the two, Wuttke found Green's wallet to contain a yellow plastic baggie with a crystal substance in it and a white wax packet along with a plastic straw.Green admitted the substance was methamphetamine and later it tested positive for the drug. Nothing was found in the car or on O'Donnell.Green was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
