Tamaqua police have issued an arrest warrant for Christopher Serina, who has no known address.

The warrant was issued after Serina's mother found him in her apartment at 7 p.m. Oct. 1 lying on her bed with a syringe. He fled the scene before police arrived.Anyone knowing of his whereabouts is asked to contact police at 570-668-5000.
