The following arrests were reported by state police at Lehighton.

Kelly A. York, of Effort, was cited for public drunkenness for an incident that occurred at 4:12 a.m. on Oct. 8. Troopers said York was found in the area of 3955 Fireline Road, in Lower Towamensing Township, highly intoxicated and reportedly lying on the roadway. She was cited for public drunkenness.A 16-year-old male juvenile was cited for underage drinking at 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 27 along Meadow Lake Drive in Chestnuthill Township.Five people were cited for disorderly conduct following an incident on Oct. 3 at 2:30 p.m. in the area of 129 Tiffany Lane, in East Penn Township.Troopers said the five were involved in a verbal argument outside the residence causing unreasonable noise while using obscene language.Cited were Denise Marie Tierney, 41; Christy Baker, 54; and a 15-year-old female, all from Lehighton; and Amanda Carol Collazo, 23, and Jennifer Marie Tierney, 33, both of Yonkers, N.Y.
