A domestic incident has led to a Schuylkill County man being charged.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the dispute occurred at 8:15 p.m. on Saturday at 612 Moyer's Station Road in Wayne Township.Troopers said a 41-year-old woman and Clarence Emmett Eckert Jr., 46, of that address, became involved in a verbal dispute.The dispute escalated with Eckert grabbing the woman by the neck and throwing her onto a bed. The argument eventually spilled outside where Eckert pulled the female's hair and threw her to the ground. Eckert fled the scene before troopers arrived.Eckert will be charged with harassment.
