Negligence is alleged for the injuries received and detailed in the suit.Sought are damages in excess of $50,000 plus interest, costs, and fees.Auto crash suitKathleen Young-Strohl, David Strohl, and Gavin Strohl, all of 148 White Oak Drive, Jim Thorpe, filed a civil action against Ann Marie and Anthony Palumbo, 60 Lindsay Mew, Albrightsville, over an automobile accident.The suit states on Jan. 27, 2013, along Route 903 in Penn Forest Township a collision occurred involving a vehicle operated by Ann Marie Palumbo, owned by Anthony Palumbo, and the plaintiffs' vehicle. Negligence for the crash is alleged and sought are damages for injuries sustained by the three plaintiffs. Damages sought are in "excess of the jurisdictional requirement for mandatory arbitration."
