Rush Township Police have made an arrest in a burglary from earlier this month.

Joseph Vigna, 51, of McAdoo, was arrested on Wednesday and charged withburglary, criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property in connection with an Oct. 2 burglary at 98 Mahanoy Ave.Vigna was arraigned before District Judge Steven Bayer of Tamaqua, who set bail at $50,000 straight cash. Vigna was then transported to the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville.
