State police at Frackville are investigating the theft of a pickup.

Roy J. Weikel, 52, of 18 Andrews St., Girardville, Butler Township, reported someone took his 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 truck while parked in front of his home. The truck is silver with an extended cab, has a hood scoop, and all windows are tinted. It bears state registration plate ZBP-4874. Weikel said the vehicle was locked and he has all the keys to it.The theft occurred sometime between 7 and 11:50 a.m. on Sunday.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-874-5300.
