The incident occurred at 9:31 p.m. Sept. 29 at the above address.Receiving stolenpropertyCriminal charges were filed against Dion Smith Jr., 26, of 125 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, for receiving stolen property. The incident occurred at 8:45 a.m. on April 28 in the 100 block of Lehigh Avenue.Disorderly conductTracey Hontz, 44, of 430 Franklin Ave. Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sept. 22 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Citations were filed against a 17-year-old Blakeslee female for two counts of disorderly conduct. The violations occurred between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sept. 22 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Ashley Silfies, 27, of 875 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred at 2 p.m. on Sept. 19 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Possession of drug paraphernaliaA juvenile referral was filed against a 17-year-old Palmerton male for theft, receiving stolen property, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred at 2:52 p.m. Sept. 8 in the 900 block of Edgemont Avenue.Junked vehiclesZachary Kunkle II, 30, of 879 Edgemont Ave. Palmerton, was cited for junked vehicles. The violation occurred at 10:26 p.m. on Aug. 18 in the 800 block of Alley L.Police also cited several people for traffic violations and one for a vehicle violation.
