McAdoo Police have cited Adam Lutz, 28, of McAdoo, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

The charges were filed after Lutz was found lying in the street at 7:43 a.m. on Wednesday.After telling officers and ambulance personnel that he had "overdosed on heroin," he was transported to the hospital by ambulance.A routine search of his clothing turned up a needle, a cotton swab and a lighter, which Lutz admitted were his and were used to "shoot up."
