The board agreed and will do so.Resident Bill Walters suggested the township prepare a press release and send it to local newspapers. Kaspszyk advised waiting until the township actually owned the building.Roadmaster Keith Kuehner reported that the road crew is working on cleaning out road pipes, cold patching and servicing equipment. The township's electronic recycling program ended Wednesday. It was hauled away in a 53-foot tractor trailer. Kuehner said the program was successful and the township is planning another one in the spring. In other business, zoning officer Ellerslie Helm, said he issued four building permits and did 12 site surveys in September. The board approved, 3-0, the Chris Bush lot joinder of two parcels, one 4/10 of an acre and 1.1 acre, on Cabin Lane at Princess Lake. The board will hold a budget and zoning workshop at 10 a.m. Monday to discuss the possibility of a suggestion from Helm about adding a commercial shooting range to one of Eldred's uses. Two other municipalities in the Chestnuthill-Jackson-Eldred-Ross-Polk Regional Comprehensive plan already have that use listed.Kaspszyk explained that townships can add uses fairly easily, but if a township wanted to delete a use, it was an 18-month procedure.
