Someone threw tomatoes and unknown objects at a truck while it was traveling on Route 901 in Barry Township, according to state police at Schuylkill Haven.

The incident was reported at 12:36 a.m. Tuesday.Police said a Reinhart Food Service International truck was eastbound when an object struck and smashed the driver's side front windshield.Police said the driver stopped the vehicle, after which time it was towed from the scene and another tractor was brought in to remove the trailer form the scene.
