A Schuylkill County woman is facing a charge of retail theft after she attempted to steal over $800 worth of merchandise from a county store.

State police at Frackville said Michal Bostick, 38, of Pottsville, was arrested about 2:19 p.m. on Sunday at the Kmart store in the Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township.Troopers said she attempted to take toys, electronics and baby items valued at $871.33 from the store but was stopped by store security.
