A Sheppton man was cited following a traffic stop in McAdoo on Aug. 22.

Travis Ziolko, 29, was stopped for having an obstructed windshield and appeared to be under the influence. He was given and failed field sobriety tests, then was transported to a hospital for blood tests. The results indicate Ziolko had THC, the principal ingredient in marijuana, in his system.He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence as well as the summary traffic offense.
