Tamaqua Police have cited Michelle Lager, 37, of 505 Rolling Mill Ave., Tamaqua, with retail theft after she concealed a shower curtain in her pants while at the Family Dollar Store, 137 N. Railroad St., Tamaqua.

The theft happened at 8:07 p.m. on Sept. 17. The curtain was valued at $6.36.Lager has a previous conviction for retail theft from 2011.
