When you've been to your doctor so often

That you've read all the magazinesTry to schedule your next appointmentWith the latest invasion of teens.This invasion is nothing to worry aboutNo matter how crowded it seemsAs these eager young warriors file in and outThey're here not to join gangs but teams.They're here to get doctor's approvalTo take part in sports at their schoolBut they first have to take care of studiesAnd then comes the court, field or pool.How depressing to pick up a paperAnd read of teen crimes on the streetHow refreshing to see these young peoplePreparing to meet and compete.Let's not allow "Win or Loss" recordsTo deflate nor inflate their pride.Let adults and fans be supportiveAnd remember how hard they tried.Well the magazines stayed on the tableAs I watched passing shorts, jeans and skirtsMy waiting time passed really quickly.I passed the time reading T-shirts.Good Luck to all.
