This year's edition of the Tamaqua Area High School Athletic Hall of Fame included six individuals and one team. The individuals included: Cody Wisniewski (soccer/tennis) class of 2009; Alex Zubey (cross country/track and field) class of 2008, represented by his mother, Helene Zubey; Lauren Wenzel (track and field/basketball/cross country), class of 2008; Travis Pitts (soccer/field and track), class of 2008; Jeremy Benza (wrestling), class of 1999, represented by his parents, Mike and Carol Benza; and Kristin Fulton Fritz (tennis), class of 1991.
