State police at Frackville are investigating a theft from vehicle incident in Schuylkill County.

Troopers said the 2002 Dodge Dakota pickup of William Richard Webber, 67, of 104 Valley St., New Philadelphia, was entered while parked near the victim's residence. Removed from the truck was a cellphone, a Wrangler jean jacket with "Alabama" written on the back in white letters, a bottle of nitroglycerin pills, and two checkbooks with Webber's name on them.The theft occurred sometime between 9:30 p.m. Thursday and 6:30 a.m. Friday.Troopers remind residents to always lock their vehicles. Anyone with information is asked to call troopers at 570-874-5300.
