A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of criminal mischief following an incident that occurred at 6:30 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Phinneyville Road in East Union Township.

State police at Frackvile said Michale Harley Bechtel Jr. of Shenandoah entered the garage of a relative, James Bobbit of Ringtown, after a verbal dispute.Once inside he intentionally damaged a Homelite generator owned by Bobbit by poking holes in the gas tank.
