Two people were arrested for retail theft at a Schuylkill County store.

State police at Schuylkill Haven have charged William Allen Jr., 18, of Shenandoah, and Brian Creamer, 25, of Egg Harbor, New Jersey.According to troopers the two entered Kohl's Department store in the Fairlane Village Mall, Norwegian Township, at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 22 and were observed by store personnel placing numerous clothing items on themselves, then exiting the store without paying for the items.They were stopped by store personnel and turned over to troopers.
