State police at the Lehighton barracks were summoned at 7:10 a.m. Thursday to the area of Palmerton Area High School on Fireline Road in Lower Towamensing Township, where an incident of harassment took place.

As a result, police said a 15-year-old boy from Lehighton was cited for harassment.It is alleged he struck an 18-year-old Palmerton boy in the back of the head with his hand.
