State police at Frackville are seeking the whereabouts of a Schuylkill County man wanted in connection with an incident at the Wal-Mart store in Saint Clair.

Troopers said Jayson Christopher Gracia, 29, whose last known address was Mahanoy City, attempted to purchase a firearm at the store on Feb. 21, about 12:54 p.m. A PICS check was conducted in accordance with state law and Gracia was disqualified from being able to buy a firearm.The investigation also revealed that Garcia provided false information on the ATF form in attempting to purchase the firearm.Numerous attempts have been made to locate Garcia, troopers said. Anyone with information concerning his whereabouts is asked to call the barracks at 570-874-5300 or their local law enforcement office.
