A Schuylkill County man is facing charges after he rented a television from a county business then sold it.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Bruce A. Zalusky, of Pine Grove, went to the Rent-A-Center, located in the Pottsville Plaza off Route 61, in Norwegian Township, on April 18 to rent a 70-inch LED plasma television. Troopers said he later sold the television to another individual for cash. Troopers said the store notified them of the incident on Aug. 22.As a result Zalusky has been charged with theft of leased property and receiving stolen property.
