A Bucks County resident is facing a drug count following an incident in Monroe County.

State police at Fern Ridge said Giorgi Kakulia, 26, of Morrisville, was found in possession of marijuana along Interstate 80 in Tunkhannock Township.Troopers said Kakulia was found off the road with his vehicle, which had a flat tire at the time.
