Tamaqua Police have cited James Gilson, 19, of 223 W. Rowe St., Tamaqua, after an incident at the Fegley Mini Mart, 30-32 Center St.

Gilson, who had repeatedly been warned to stay off the property, was observed at the front door by store personnel at 4:58 p.m. on Aug. 15. He was cited for defiant trespass.
