State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating a scattering rubbish case that happened between Aug. 21-22 in Chestnuthill Township.

The victim is Dorothy Crespo, 61, of 238 Silver Valley Road in the township.She reported on Aug. 22 that someone rummaged through a dumpster on her property.
