State police at the Fern Ridge barracks arrested Giorgi Kakulia, 26, of Morrisville for possession of a small amount of marijuana on Friday at 4:05 p.m.

Police said he was found to be in possession of the drug when police stopped along Interstate 80 eastbound in Tunkhannock Township because the man's vehicle was off the roadway due to a flat tire.
