State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating the theft of a motor vehicle that happened between 7:30 a.m. and 2:20 p.m. Aug. 25.

The victim is Melissa Haslam, 36, of Port Carbon.Police said someone stole a red, yellow and black 1998 Honda Ex ATV from outside her residence at 710 Park Ave., East Norwegian Township.
