A truck tractor with trailer and a car collided along Interstate 81 in Kline Township, Schuylkill County. State police at Frackville said the crash occurred at 2:04 p.m. Friday.

Troopers said Roy S. Kifer, 51, of Sunbury, driving an International Harvester rig and Frederick D. Gerowe, 65, of Oneonta, N.Y., driving a 2010 Ford Fusion, were southbound. Troopers said Kifer attempted to change lanes from the right lane into the left passing lane when the Ford struck the trailer portion of the his rig.The Ford sustain damages to the front passenger side. The rig had minor damage to the trailer.No one was injured but the Ford had to be towed from the scene. Troopers cited Kifer for causing the crash.
