A Schuylkill County man is facing charges after he struck a female in the face.

State police at Frackville said Tylor J. Donaldson, 23, of New Philadelphia, was charged with harassment following an incident that occurred at 10 p.m. Monday at 108 Water St., New Philadelphia.Troopers said Donaldson punched a 45-year-old woman in the face with his fist.
