A domestic incident has led to an arrest in Monroe County.

Pocono Mountain Regional police were dispatched to 6060 Boardwalk Drive in Tobyhanna at 11:10 p.m. Aug. 10 for a domestic dispute. On scene officers were met by a woman, of that address, who told them her husband had dragged her by the neck outside onto the deck. Police observed injuries to her.Her husband, Pawel Orlowski, 34, told officers he did drag his wife outside by the neck because he wanted her to sleep out there because of all her "drama."He was arrested on charges with simple assault and harassment. He was placed in the county prison in Snydersville pending arraignment.
