State police at Schuylkill Haven have arrested a Shamokin woman in relation to a theft/receiving stolen property incident that happened on Aug. 2 at Eyeland Optical in East Norwegian Township.

The victim is a female from Locustdale.Police said it is alleged that at 11:45 a.m., the defendant, Coleen Lowry, removed money from the victim's purse when it was left in the employees' break room.
