A driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash in Monroe County.

State police at Fern Ridge said Justin J. Bachman, 24, of Gilbert, was driving a 2011 Jeep Wrangler westbound on Akiba Road in Chestnuthill Township, at 5:08 a.m. on Wednesday when the vehicle went onto the right berm and struck a tree.Bachman was not injured but the vehicle had to be towed from the scene. Troopers cited Bachman for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed.
