A Wilkes-Barre woman has been charged with driving under the influence by McAdoo police after she was caught speeding on July 19.

When Leeann Burns-Mccloe, 46, was stopped for speeding, officers found her to be intoxicated. A records check determined her license had been suspended-DUI related. She was given, and failed, field sobriety tests.Blood test result show a blood-alcohol content of 0.198, more than twice the legal limit. She was charged with two counts of DUI and four summary offenses.
